RR Lifting Keys are used to attach the crane hook, lifting slings or chains to the RR Lifting Insert cast into the concrete element. RR Lifting Keys are designed for all load directions.
RR Lifting Keys can be used with all types of RR Long and Short Inserts without limitation. RR Lifting Keys are hooked onto the recessed RR Lifting Inserts to handle precast elements. They are reusable and can be used multiple times during their life cycle. Standard lifting keys are always delivered electro-galvanized.
For RR Lifting Keys, all load directions between 0° and 45° and tilt-up processes are permitted after locking. Angular pull caused by the angle of inclination is limited to a maximum of 45°.
RR Lifting Keys are designed for quick coupling and release of all kinds of concrete elements. RR-Cs have a metal ring for attaching the slings or hooks, whereas RR-CWs have a wire loop for the same operation. They can be used with all RR Lifting Inserts for all load directions.
